[EN] VanCAF: Warm Up, Chill Out Workshop

“I often am too self-critical and get hung up on details when I begin a new project, which can end up hindering my creativity. In order to get out of my head and practice loosening up, I’ve gathered a few trusty exercises that kick-start my day more positively. In this workshop we will explore the benefits of play, experimentation and imperfection as inspiration for new ideas!”
